校企合作教育下高职毕业设计的开放性组织管理模式创新

摘　　要：顺应社会需求及高职开放性教学改革大势,以命题及教学组织形式的开放性、过程监控与考核评价的开放性,以及相关的组织机构与制度保障措施,构建开放性的组织管理模式,探索完善毕业设计与企业技术服务和人力资源需求的结合,达成教学目标,促进产学研一体化和校企深度融合。The paper sets out to explore an approach of fitting graduates’degree project into technologic service and needs of job market, to achieve teaching goals and promote the integration of colleges, research and enterprises. To meet social needs as well as following the trend of openness in teaching reform of higher vocational education, the pa-per suggests that colleges establish an open system for assignment of research topics, process monitoring and evaluation, and relevant framework organization and systematic guarantee.
