摘 要:为改善某车型前麦弗逊悬架系统设计中考虑到汽车自身的操纵稳定性,利用ADAMS/Car建立该悬架仿真模型,并在ADAMS/Insight中对车轮定位参数进行灵感度分析与回归分析。但在该对悬架模型结构参数相关硬点坐标修改时,发现需要多次调节并分析敏感度比较大的硬点,才能得到相对应的理想曲线,增加不必要的成本和延长设计周期。针对该问题,建立了基于响应面的车轮定位参数设计模型,运用Matlab编写的程序模拟调整硬点的过程,简化了繁琐的反复调校过程。最后,采用优化后悬架的整车模型进行稳态回转试验的结果表明,整车的操纵稳定性能得到改善,验证了悬架特性改进及优化设计方法的有效性。In order to improve the Mc Pherson front suspension characteristics based on vehicle handling stability,a simulation model of suspension was established by ADAMS/Car,and the vehicle alignment parameters sensitivity and regression analysis was analyzed by ADAMS/Insight. However,when adjusting the hard point of suspension after the suspension structure parameters,in order to obtain the ideal curve,it is necessary that need many times to adjust and analysis the larger sensitivity hard points,thus adding unnecessary cost and extending the design cycle. To solve this problem,establishing a wheel alignment parameters based on the response surface design model,using Matlab to simulate the process of adjust the hard points by programming,it simplified the tedious tuning process. Finally,the optimized suspension of vehicle model after steady static circular test results showed that the vehicle handling stability was improved,verifing the validly of the suspension characteristics improvement and optimal design.
