摘 要:机电作动系统是飞机电传操纵系统的执行机构,是飞行控制系统中的重要组成部分,是多电-全电飞机的发展方向。机电作动系统在驱动飞行器舵面时,需要多个(一般3个以上)机电作动器采用力综合方式工作,这样会产生不同步问题,鉴于此,提出一种改进型同步控制方案,并通过同步控制器实现同步控制策略。该控制策略综合主从和等同控制的各自优势,并通过优化比较器提高同步控制性能。控制器的实现则基于可编程逻辑单元,通过并行总线进行数据交互,将并行总线控制器与同步控制有效结合。实际应用表明:目前控制器工作良好,提高了现有同步控制器的实时性和可靠性。Electromechanical actuator( EMA) system is the actuator of the aircraft FBW system,is an important part of the flight control system,a development direction of more electric or all electric aircraft. A multi-actuator configuration,in which some( usually three or more) EMAs operated on the same control surface,was provided a comprehensive way to introduce EMAs into primary flight controls,but the problem of un-synchronization was resulted. For this,an improved synchronization control strategy was presented. The synchronization control strategy was implemented by synchronization controllers. The control strategy was synthesized of each advantage of master-slave and equal controls,and improved the performance of synchronization control through optimization of the comparator.The programmable logic cells were based to implement the controller,and the parallel bus technologies were adopted for data exchange.The parallel bus controllers and synchronization control were integrated effectively. The actual application shows that the current controller works well,and the real-time and reliability of the present synchronization controller are improved.
