英国和荷兰高校食品类实验室管理及其启示

摘　　要：实验室作为高校的重要组成部分,在教学、科研和培养强化大学生创新精神、科研能力、动手能力等方面承担着重要的服务职能。目前,我国普通高校食品类实验室已得到高速发展,但在日常管理和人才培养中仍存在一些共性问题。以英国利兹大学和荷兰瓦赫宁根大学为例,介绍两所高校食品类实验室的先进管理模式:实验室管理实行学术带头人制,实验室研究注重学术交流,实验内容强调与实践相结合,实验室运行遵循规章制度等。从日常管理和人才培养模式出发,借鉴英、荷两所高校食品类实验室管理的经验,对我国普通高校同类实验室建设提出几点建议,并探讨了适合我国普通高校食品类实验室建设管理的相应举措。The university laboratory plays an extremely important role in students＇ creative spirit, research capacity and practical ability. At present, the food laboratories in Chinese universities still have a series of problems in spite of a high-speed development. The advanced food laboratory management in the University of Leeds and Wageningen University was introduced in this paper. The paper introduced the daily management and personnel cultivation model and combined with the experience between British and Dutch food laboratory management in universities, to give suggestions for inproving Chinese university food laboratory construction and management.
