On Relevance between Theory of Needs and Guidance of Educational Practice

摘  要:需要理论与教育实践的关联性,可以从两个方面来把握,一是它们的共生性,二是它们的分离性。共生性体现了人的需要与教育千丝万缕的联系,分离性是解读当前教育实践与人的需要背离,以及人们对现实教育实践不满的钥匙。人的需要构成该分离性的主导原因,但它仍然不是解决问题的工具,解决问题的关键是要尽可能做合乎理性的制度安排,由此清理滋生需要异化的土壤。The pursuit of education philosophy from the human perspective will contact the theory of human needs naturally.The theory of needs could be understood from the semantics,or from the Chinese tradition of ancient culture,or from some famous scholars such as Marx,Maslow,et al.But through the previous discussion,we came to the conclusion that the theory of needs have the diversity and level and the cause of this difference also has diversity and so on.The relevance of the both could be understood from the two aspects:one is their coexistence and the other is their separation.The coexistence embodies all kinds of connections between the needs of human being and education.The separation is used to interpret the current educational practice and human divergence,and the key for people dissatisfied with the reality of educational practice.The needs of the people are a leading cause for the separation,but it is still not a tool to solve the problem,the key to solve the problem is to make rational arrangement and clean the breeding soil of alienation.
