高职学生民主法治意识现状研究——以四川职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：民主法治教育是大学生在校应该重点接受的教育,它关系到大学生在校如何认识学校及班级管理,如何对待现实生活中的矛盾,特别是当自己的利益和他人的利益发生矛盾冲突时如何通过合法的渠道得以解决。它也关系到大学生走出学校进入社会后如何正确地认识当今中国社会,以及用正确的民主法治观念解释社会现象,帮助自己和他人提高民主法治意识,为推动中国的民主法治建设进程做出自己应有的贡献。为了实现以上目标,我们通过对四川职业技术学院四个系三个年级的2000多名学生的问卷调查后,从大学生民主法治意识现状,存在的问题,以及解决这些问题做出了一些研究,试图为高职大学生的民主法治意识教育做一点贡献。Democracy and the rule of law education are the main content that college students should learn. It is related to how to realize the management of the school and class, how to deal with conflicts in real life. Through the questionnaire survey of more than 2000 students of three grades and four departments of Sichuan Vocational and Technical College,this paper studies current situation of College Students＇ consciousness of democracy and rule of law, the existing problems,and solution,trying to do a little contribution to democracy and the rule of law consciousness education of Vocational College students.
