摘　　要：为了更好地指导学位研究生教育、完善医学教育的"三阶段"模式,面向安徽省医学院校开展了关于临床医学专业学位发展趋势、研究生对目前培养模式的态度以及对住院医师规范化培训看法的问卷调查。结果表明专业学位研究生培养模式不符合培养目标,研究生对整体医学教育体系的认识有待提高,在学校层面需加强医学职业规划教育和就业指导。In order to better guide the graduate education in clinical medicine and improve the ＂three-stage＂model of medical education , medical colleges in Anhui province were selected to carry out the questionnaire on the development trend of clinical medicine ,attitude of postgradaates towordes the current training model , and their views of the standardized training program of residency .The results indicated that postgraduate training model for clinical medicine must meet the training goal ,and the graduates′un-derstanding on the overall graduate medical education system needs to be improved .The medical schools need to strengthen career planning and career guidance .
