摘　　要：现代农业发展对农业高职院校提出了新的要求,农业高职院校坚持特色办学对湖南现代农业发展及提升自身的品牌战略具有重要意义。要坚持以"农"为本的办学理念;产学结合的人才培养模式;以市场为导向的专业设置;服务"三农"的职业特色。The development of modem agriculture puts forward new requirements on the agricultural vocational colleges. Adhering to the characteristics to run the colleges for agrielutural vocational colleges is very important for the development of Hunan modem agriculture and is of great significance to promote of their own brands . It is vital that we must adhere to the ＂agriculture--oriented＂ running idea, and stick to the personnel cultivation mode to combine production and study , ＂market-oriented＇＂ major settings; and the characteristics of serving ＂three rural＂.
