摘  要:气缸盖和气缸体是发动机的主要组成部分,在发动机工作时既要承受力的作用,又要承受高温的作用,本文主要是对由气缸盖和气缸体组成的耦合系统进行温度场分析。针对气缸盖和气缸体上的高温区域,提出改进方法.并将改进前和改进后的温度场进行对比分析,结果表明,改进后耦合系统中的最高温度比改进前降低了5℃,可以为该型柴油机的改进和新机型的开发提供一定的理论依据。Cylinder head and block are the most important part~ of the diesel engine, which will be influenced by thermal load and mechanical load during the working process. In the paper, it is mainly to calculate and analyze the temperature field of the coupling system of cylinder head and cylinder block. It puts forward improving methods for the high temperature area on the cylinder head and cylinder block. And the results of the improved coupling system are compared with the original coupling system, which shows that the temperature in the coupling system after improvement is reduced by 5℃. It can provide certain theory basis for the structure improvement of single cylinder diesel engine and the development of new type diesel.
