摘 要:采用保温法防治高速铁路路基冻害时,埋设在路基中的保温板在列车动载长期作用下的动力性能、耐久性需要通过动载试验进行研究。在哈大高铁沈大段附近修建含有保温层的路基试验段,采用动载试验机模拟高速列车产生的动荷载,测试保温板的动应力、动变形,分析保温板应用于高铁路基的适应性。研究结果表明:施加1 000万次动载后,保温层累积变形的增长量为0.06 mm,数值很小,不会影响高铁线路。As thermal insulation approach is used in frost prevention for HSR subgrade, it is required that the embedded insulation board under the persistent dynamic influence of the train be put under dynamic load test for dynamism and durability inspection. The paper chooses a trail subgrade section-with insulation layers embedded- adjacent to the Shenyartg-Dalian section along the Harbin-Dalian line as the study object. Afterwards, it simulates the dynamic loading imposed as the HSR train passes by to test the dynamic stress and deformation, so as to further analyze the adaptability of the board in HSR operation. The results indicate that as the loading is imposed 107 times, board deformation increases by 0.06 mm, which is highly insignificant, therefore its impact on the overall HSR line can be overlooked.
