摘　　要：本文立足整车系统对变速箱NVH性能进行优化,过程中应用Opti Struct技术对半轴支架进行基于模态频率的拓扑优化,根据优化模型得到工程样件并进行测试验证,最终达到优化设计要求。This paper confirms the factor that causes the problems which the guests give us the feedback, optimizes the bracket based on its natural frequency using OptiStruct topology in the processing of solving them, and gets the sample and tests its modal parameters, finally reaches the needs at last.
