摘　　要：在介绍问题提出的历史背景和职业生涯规划相关理论的基础上,分析了应用型本科院校大学生职业生涯规划存在的问题,并从学生、学校、政府和社会四个方面提出了做好大学生职业生涯规划的有关对策建议。研究目的是为了促使应用型本科院校的人才培养符合社会的人力资源需求,培养的学生在入职后达到人职匹配,获得更好地职业成功。In the base of introducing the history background and related theories of career planning, the author analyses the existing problems of students＇ career planning in applied-oriented undergraduate colleges. Then, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures from the students, the college authority, the government, and the society four aspects to improve the work. The study aims to promote the talents training of applied-oriented undergraduate colleges to meet the society demands. After the graduates come into society, they can realize a good human job match to get the satisfactions from the employers, and obtain the taste of success in career.
