摘　　要：求虚与务实的价值追求、感性与理性的价值评价、包容与功利的价值选择表现为当代大学生价值取向的冲突与矛盾,而老庄道家"知常无为,行不言之教以治道;见素抱朴,效万物为师以治身"的教化观将能够为当代大学生价值取向调适提供一种新思路。The conflicts of college students＇ value orientation are shown as three main aspects： virtual and practical value pursuit, perceptual and rational value evaluation, forgivable and utilitarian value selection. However, Lao - zhuang＇ s moralization ideas may provide a new perspective to adjust the college students＇ value orientation, which is ＂knowing the rules and never practicing casually, teaching without words to control; manifesting plainness and embrace simplicity, learning from all things in the universe to cultivate one＇ s moral characters＂.
