摘　　要：广东工程职业技术学院电梯工程技术专业自2007年开办伊始,就树立并秉承毕业生高质量就业理念,以校企合作为平台,以创新"工学六合一"的人才培养模式、建设专兼结构合理的教学团队和实施学生全面素质提升策略为抓手,从源头上攻克了阻碍毕业生高质量就业的难题,实现了毕业生高质量的就业。Elevator Engineering Technology of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic has established the concept of graduates higher quality employment since 2007, with college-enterprise cooperation platform, through innovating the talent training mode of learning and working six in one, building the teaching staff with reasonable combination of full-time and part-time structure and implementing the policy of improving student overall quality, it solved the problem of difficult employment and realized high quality employment of graduates.
