摘  要:目的了解北京市高校大学生体力活动状况及其影响因素,为制定合理有效的学生体力活动方案提供参考依据。方法采用横断面研究设计,通过方便抽样选取北京市某3所综合性大学465名大学生进行自编问卷调查,内容包括体力活动相关行为、态度及影响因素等。结果大学生体力活动达标(中高强度体力活动≥1 h/d,≥5 d/周)报告率为9.7%;闲暇时,每日静坐时间少于2 h的人数为72人,占15.5%。体力活动达标组和未达标组学生的性别、年龄、民族、父亲受教育水平为高中以上、在学校住宿、成绩的分布差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。达标组学生体力活动重要性的认识、选择活跃生活的自信心得分中位数均高于未达标组(Z值分别为-2.344,-3.523,P值均<0.05);体育锻炼的兴趣和习惯报告率均高于未达标组(χ2值分别为6.322,23.091,P值均<0.05)。结论北京市大学生体力活动达标率较低,每日静坐时间较长。应在大学生中积极开展体力活动健康促进活动,提高体力活动水平。Objective To understand the current situations of university students' physical activity,sedentary behaviors and their relating factors. Methods Four hundred and sixty-five college students from three universities in Beijing were conveniently selected. A structured questionnaire was used for collecting information relating to physical activity participation,sedentary lifestyles,as well as their correlates. Results The physical activity( PA) compliance( accumulated moderate to vigorous PA for ≥1 h / d,≥5 d / w) rate was 9. 7%. The average leisure time sedentary duration was 4. 12( SD 3. 09) hours per day. There were no significant difference by gender,age,nationality,father 's education level,bording or not and academic achievement between the students meeting the PA recommendation and their counter parts( P 〉0. 05). Perceived importance of PA,confidence for selecting active lifestyles,interests as well as habits in sports were better in the students meeting the PA recommendation than their counterparts.( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Most of college students in Beijing do not met the national PA recommendations. Health promotion relating to physical activity and active lifestyles are urgently needed in youths.
