摘 要:目的通过调查2型糖尿病患者各项身体生理指标及生活饮食习惯等,探讨影响糖尿病患者早餐前空腹血糖达标的因素,为糖尿病的预防和辅助治疗提供科学的依据。方法对118例2型糖尿病患者采用问卷调查法收集其饮食、运动、睡眠等信息,采用单因素分析和logistic回归分析各因素与空腹血糖控制情况之间的关系。结果单因素分析显示,个人认知、睡眠质量、餐前运动、晚餐摄入情况对糖尿病患者空腹血糖均有影响,特别是与饮食相关的能量、碳水化合物的摄入等,影响较为显著;logistic多因素回归分析发现,在控制其他因素后,饮酒、睡眠质量和总能量仍显著影响空腹血糖。结论合理控制能量摄入、戒酒并保持良好的睡眠有助于控制糖尿病患者早餐前空腹血糖。Objective To identify factors that influence pre-breakfast glycemic control in type 2 diabetics. Method A cross-sectional survey of 118 type 2 diabetics was conducted with questionnaire. Each participant was interviewed by trained personnel. Logistic regression analysis,using statistic software SPSS 21. 0,was utilized to investigate various factors. Result Knowledge, sleep quality, pre-breakfast physical activity, food intake of previous dinner, and other variants were detected to be significantly related to pre-breakfast glycemic control using univariant analysis. After in-cluding them into one model with multiple logistic regression,total energy,alcohol,and sleep quality remained statis-tically significant. Conclusion Energy intake, alcohol consumption, and sleep quality affect pre-breakfast glycemic control. There is a need to increase awareness of this matter and to address it in education.
