摘  要:目的探讨糖尿病患者膳食、生活方式等因素与早餐后血糖的相关性,以便对糖尿病患者饮食及生活方式改善提供建议。方法对2013年2-4月确诊的127例2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查和血样生化检测。在控制了性别、年龄、药物使用等变量的情况下,logistic回归分析用于探索2型糖尿病患者的膳食及生活方式与早餐后血糖之间的关系。结果控制其他混杂因素后,2型糖尿病患者早餐蛋白质及维生素C的摄入量、餐后的运动时间与患者早餐后2小时的血糖控制相关。结论糖尿病患者早餐蛋白质与维生素C的摄入量及餐后运动时间与血糖控制呈负相关,增加早餐后运动时间以及蛋白质与维生素C的摄入量,有利于控制血糖。Objective To investigate the correlation between factors such as diet, lifestyle and blood glucose after breakfast in diabetic patients, in order to provide recommendation for diabetic patients. Method A cross-sectional survey of 127 type 2 diabetics was conducted with questionnaire and blood biochemical tests. In case of controlling for gender,age,drug use and other variables,logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes with diet and lifestyle between blood glucose after breakfast. Result After controlling other confoun-ding factors,the intake of protein,vitamin C in breakfast and postprandial exercise of type 2 diabetes was detected to be significantly related to the glycemic control two hours after breakfast using univariant analysis. Conclusion There is a negative correlation between the amount of protein and Vitamin C in the breakfast,as well as the exercise after breakfast of diabetics and the glycemic control. Add the duration of exercise after breakfast and the amount of protein and Viatamin C in the breakfast is beneficial to the glycemic control.
