“武术格斗”课程的建设与实践

摘　　要：格斗是武术发展的核心动力。但目前我国武术与民族体育专业在课程设置上,反映专业和学科内涵的主干课程建设相对薄弱。签于此,北京体育大学武术学院率先开设全面反映武术搏击全貌的"武术格斗"为主干必修课程。采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,在分析"武术格斗"课程开设现状的基础上,结合专业特点和社会要求,较为系统地探索"武术格斗"课程的建设问题。研究表明:"武术格斗"课程的开设收到了良好效果,但同时,也暴露出一些需要改进的地方:如部分课程目标定位过高;实践中教学内容不够统一,教学时数相对不足;对不同专项的学生缺乏区别对待,缺乏针对性教材等。为此,研究进一步确立了不同专项学生的课程目标,并组织了针对性的课程内容等。建议进一步完善武术格斗大纲,统一教学内容,并注意不同专项学生的教学差异,同时有针对性进行教师的培训进修,并尽快组织编写针对性的武术格斗教材。LI Jun-feng;ZHANG Cheng-ming;LI Jie;Beijing Sport University; Combat is the core power of Wushu Development,but it is weak of main courses design such as combat in Wushu and traditional sports major. Based on this,Beijing Sport University firstly opened Wushu combat course as required course in China. This paper analyzed current situation of Wushu combat course opening and course construction with major trait and social requirement by the methods of literature review,questionnaire investigation,and expert interview. Conclusions： The opening of Wushu combat produced some good result,and it let us know some points needed be improved,such as too high course target,annuity course content,lack of teaching time,non-individualization teaching,lack of pertinent textbook. This research has reestablished subject target for each specialized student and compiled pertinent course content. We should further improve its teaching program,unify teaching content,individualize teaching methods,train teacher,and compile more relative textbooks.
