摘  要:目的调查临床儿科护士职业认同的总体水平,并分析其与护理冲突的相关性。方法采用护士职业认同评定量表、组织冲突量表和工作-家庭冲突量表对149名临床儿科护士进行调查。结果临床儿科护士职业认同总分为(99.40±18.55)分,处于中等水平;管理冲突和工作家庭冲突与临床儿科护士职业认同总分呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论建议护理管理者针对影响因素,加强针对性、规范化培训,以提高临床儿科护士的职业认同水平,稳定护理队伍,提高护理队伍的整体素质水平。Objective To investigate the level of pediatric nurses'professional identity,and analyze the correlation of professional identity Intragroup Con- flict Scale (ICS) and Work -Family Conflict (WFC) nursing conflicts. Methods Totally, 149 pediatric nurses were investigated using organizational conflict scale, professional identity of nurses rating scale and work - family conflict scale. Results The score of pediatric nurses " professional identity was ( 99.40 ± 18.55 ), which was at the medial level. The scores of management conflict and work family conflict were negatively correlted with professional identity score ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing managers should strengthen the standard training to improve the level of professional identity of pediatric nurses, thus to stabilize nursing team and improve their overall quality.
