摘  要:目的对护理专业学生实习末期实施角色转化教学法进行探讨。方法将2007年7月至2012年6月期间我科接收的184名应届毕业的护理实习生分为对照组和试验组。试验组采用角色转化教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,并对其实习结束前综合能力、教学效果及留聘人数等进行分析比较。结果通过对两组实习结束前的考评发现,试验组综合能力考评优秀35名(占38.04%),对照组优秀16名(占17.39%),试验组优秀率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);两组实习结束前教学效果比较,试验组技能考核、临床分析、护理程序成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05);其中试验组留聘优秀学员13名(14.13%),对照组留聘4名(4.35%)(P<0.05)。结论在护理专业学生轮转实习末期实施角色转化教学法,有利于提高带教效果,帮助其实现角色转换,提高其综合能力。Objective To evaluate the effects of nurse role experience among nursing students in the late stage of clinical practice. Methods Totally 184 nursing students were divided into two groups. Traditional clinical teaching method was applied in the control group. The students in the experimental group took on the role of nurs es in the late stage of clinical practice. The students' comprehensive ability,performance in the test and the proportion of retains staffs were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent rate in the comprehensive ability test in the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group at the end of clinical practice (38.04% versus 17.39% ,P〈0.01). The students' performance in the skills test,case analysis and application of nursing process in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). The proportion of retain staffs in the experiment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nurse role experience among nursing students in the late stage of clinical practice can improve the teaching outcomes,help nursing students adapt to nurses' role and improve their comprehensive ability.
