摘　　要：在当前城镇化进程和人口大规模流动的背景下,旧的自学考试考籍管理系统已经落伍。本文提出建立一个国家层面的自学考试考籍管理平台,并就平台建设进行初步的系统分析,还分别对如何开发与利用平台的大数据资源和如何通过移动互联网提升平台管理水平进行系统分析和探讨。Under the current background of urbanization and mass population movement, the old Self-taught Examination management system is out of date. This paper puts forward to build a national Self-taught Examination management platform, and gives a preliminary system analysis of the platform. And also, how to use the big data and how to promote the management level via the mobile internet have been analyzed and discussed.
