摘　　要：有效治理雾霾是目前环保工作中首要任务，本文在雾霾的主要构成成分的基础上，提出一种基于层次分析模型的雾霾治理方法。首先采用层次分析法对雾霾构成成分进行层次建模，然后通过计算判断矩阵的一致性和层次总排序的一致性，获得雾疆治理中的可行方案的决策排序，最后利用层次总排序指导雾霾治理工作的开展。Today, a task work in environmental protection is to govern the hazy efficiently. Relied on the mainly components of hazy, a method based on analytic hierarchy process for management the hazy is proposed in this paper. First, analytic hierarchy process was employed to model the hazy model based on its components; and then, obtained feasibility planning decision ordering for management the hazy by calculating the consistency of judgment matrix and the consistency of hierarchy total ordering; finally, the hierarchy total ordering was used to guide haze management work.
