摘  要:目的:利用模糊数学综合评价法筛选复方双花口服液最佳矫味配方。方法:以20名符合标准的、健康的受试者的人工评价作为标准,筛选复方双花口服液的不同矫味处方,并采用模糊数学综合评价的方法对不同矫味配方进行评价。结果:根据模糊数学综合评价结果,7号样品为最佳矫味配方,即在复方双花口服液提取液中添加3 mg·m L-1安赛蜜、3 mg·m L-1阿斯巴甜、5 mg·m L-1柠檬酸和5 mg·m L-1水蜜桃粉末香精。结论:模糊数学可用于复方双花口服液矫味工艺的筛选。本实验得到的矫味配方为复方双花口服液的规模化生产提供重要参考。This article was aimed to study the optimal method for taste-modifying of Compound Shuang-Hua Oral Liquid using fiJzzy mathematics. A total of 20 healthy volunteers who met the standards were chosen Io attend Ihe taste-modifying solution. Different taste-modifying prescriptions were screened based on the criteria of lheir human evaluations. And fuzzy mathematics was applied to evaluate different taste-modifying prescriptions. The resuhs showed that based on results of filzzy mathematics, sample No. 7 was the best taste-modifying formula. The optimal formula ingredient was as follows: 3 mg·m L^-1 aeesulfame, 3 mg·m L^-1 asparlame, 5 mg·m L^-1 citric acid and 5 mg·m L^-1 peach flavor. It was concluded that fuzzy mathematics can be used in the screening of taste-modifying technology of Compound Shuang-Hua Oral Liquid. The taste-modifying prescriptions provided by this experiment had great value for further scale production of Compound Shuang-Hua Oral Liquid.
