摘　　要：恰当的语言艺术是进行思想政治教育的重要工具、有效方法和关键途径。本文结合高校辅导员思想政治教育工作语言的特点,从内容、形式、方法、对象、程序等方面探讨高校辅导员思想政治教育工作中的口语艺术,并提出口语艺术提升的方法和途径。An appropriate language art is an important tool, an effective method, a critical way of conducting the ideological and political education. Combining the features of the working language of those college counselors, this article aims to explore how the spoken language is utilized and therefore help find some effective methods and ways to enhance the language art of this kind so as to improve the educational effect in this field.
