摘　　要：针对高职计算机类专业人才培养中出现的人才培养与企业人才需求脱节、职业能力重视不够、招生形势低迷等问题,提出了实施计算机类专业整合的人才培养方案改革思路,以滁州职业技术学院计算机类专业人才培养方案改革为例,制定了"基于三重能力培养,面向岗位自主选修"人才培养方案并阐述了其内涵,给出了自主选修模式的课程体系构建步骤及实施过程中出现的问题与对策,为其他高职院校计算机类专业改革提供借鉴。This paper analyzes the problems in personnel training of computer specialty in higher vocational college such as discrepancy of personnel training and demand, neglect of professional capacity and the receding admission of the students towards which a reform scheme is proposed. A curriculum reform of computer specialty in Chuzhou Vocational and Technological College has been introduced as an example in this paper to illustrate the cultivation scheme of ＂ Based on the cultivation of three capacities, post-facing choice of courses＂. In the end ,the curriculum system construction steps based on optional courses and the problems in its implementation are introduced as the reference for the reform of other vocational colleges.
