摘　　要："双师"队伍是高等职业教育人才培养质量的根本保证。对"双师型"教师的内涵进行了界定,分析了高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的现状,提出了高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的主要途径。The team of double position teachers is the essential guarantee of the training quality of higher vocational education, so this paper discusses the connotation of double position teachers, analyzes the current situation of the construction of the double position teaching staff in higher vocational colleges and introduces the ways of construction.
