摘　　要：对医学信息管理专业人才内涵和核心特征进行分析,制定医学信息管理专业人才评价指标设计原则,在此基础上从知识、能力、素质和毕业生质量4个方面构建科学的医学信息管理专业人才评价体系,旨在为医学信息管理专业教育改革提供参考依据。Based on the research of the early stage of the research project,this thesis first analyzes the connotation and core characteristics of the medical information management professionals,on this basis,according to the relevant theories formulates principles of evaluation index for medical information management professional talents,then from knowledge,ability,quality and quality of graduates four aspects builds a scientific evaluation index system for the medical information management professionals,aims to provide a reference basis for the reform of medical information management professional education.
