摘　　要：宗炳是庐山慧远的俗家弟子,他继承并发展了慧远的神不灭论思想,作《神不灭论》一文阐释其观点及理论依据。宗炳结合当时佛教义学的核心内容,具体阐明了神、心、识、情等概念及其相互关系,从神不灭推出了人必成佛的结论。他认为每个人都有识神,在未成佛之前识神处于染的状态,修行就是澄净识神的过程。当人的识神完全清净时便是涅槃的状态。既然人人都有不灭的识神,并最终可以通过修行使识神澄净,这就意味着人人都可以成佛。这一思想与涅槃佛性思想是一致的。Zong Bing is a lay disciple of Lu Shan Hui Yuan.He inherited and developed the theory of immortal spirit of Hui Yuan, and exlplained his ideas in the article of spirit is immortal.Zong Bing clarified the connotation of spirit, mind, consciousness and emotion, and come to the conclusion that everyone can be a Buddha since the spirit is immortal He believes that everyone has the Buddha spirit, and when the spirit is completely clean, then the state of nirvana comes.Since everyone has Buddha spirit, and can clean it by practice.It means that everyone can become a Buddha.
