论针灸推拿学实训课程体系的构建

摘　　要：针灸推拿学是祖国医学的重要组成部分,是一门应用性学科,实践性较强。为全面提高学生的针灸推拿水平,必然要求加强实践环节,提高解决实践问题的能力。因此,针灸推拿教学改革的重点在于实践创新教学模式,提高实践动手能力,丰富实训教学的内容。可通过精确毫针的针刺方法,引入特种针法以及实行模拟教室等方法来进行改革。Tuina is a very important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is a subject used widely and has the strong practicality. In order to improve thoroughly students＇ level of tuina, it＇s inevitable to strengthen practical link and increase the ability to solve the problem. So the key point of teaching reform in tuina is to practice and innovate teaching model, to improve clinical operating ability and to enrich the contents of clinical teaching. Through precise techniques of acupuncture needles, introducing special needles and implementing analog classroom approaches to reform.
