摘　　要：对所见所闻的美国临床伦理实践进行了回顾和思考,发现这些临床伦理实践给我国提供了一定的借鉴。美国的家庭医生制度对患者的医疗十分重要;美国的医院和临床医疗从细节上体现了为患者服务的职业伦理精神;美国临床尊重病患自主性落到了实处;美国的医疗保险制度在一定程度上减少了过度医疗;中美的医疗卫生服务体系都可以有市场机制的参与,但不能偏离为人类解除痛苦的职业方向。The author studied the American clinical ethics and practice, and found these clinical ethical prac- tice provides a good reference to China. The family doctor system is very important for the patients in USA; Ameri- can hospitals and clinical medicine embodies the spirit of professional ethics for patients from details; Respecting for patient＇autonomy is well implemented; America＇s medical insurance system to some extent reduces the excessive medical treatment ; The medical and health service system of China and the United States can have the participation of market mechanism, but not away from the direction of professional for reducing human sufferings.
