试论高校图书馆文化与校园文化共建

摘　　要：高校建设离不开文化建设,在此主要探讨高校图书馆文化与校园文化共建问题。首先,高校图书馆文化建设是校园文化建设的题中应有之义。其次,高校校园文化建设为图书馆文化建设搭建了良好文化平台。最后,高校文化软实力需要高校图书馆文化与校园文化的共建。新形势下,加强高校图书馆文化与校园文化共建势在必行。如何建设,需要:科学规划,奠定良好的物质文化基础;与时俱进,营造浓厚的精神文化氛围;潜移默化,形成积极的行为文化指引;以人为本,规范合理的制度文化建设。The construction of a university could not do without culture construction. Here the issue of co-construction of li- brary culture and campus culture. Firstly, the construction of library culture in a university is a part of campus cul- ture construction. Secondly, the construction of campus culture provide a good platform for library culture construc- tion. Lastly, the soft power of university culture requires the co-construction of library culture and campus. Under the current situation, it is necessary to strengthen the co-construction of university library culture and campus cul- ture. As to how to co-construct？ This requires scientific planning to lay a solid material foundation for culture devel- opment, keeping pace with the times to establish atmosphere of spiritual culture, exerting a silent transforming in- fluence by active instruction on students＇ behaviour, and people foremost idea to construct reasonable institutional culture.
