高职院校旅游管理专业“校企一体化”合作办学的实践

摘　　要：旅游职业技术学院面向省内外旅行社、景区景点及星级旅游酒店,拓展订单式培养的校企长期合作关系,以行业企业为依托,坚持校企一体、双向互动、资源共享、优势互补和互利共赢的原则。争取企业资金,设备和师资投入,建立功能齐全的校内外实训基地,把学院办成行业企业专业人才的培养基地,同时拓展企业在职职工的培训等服务项目,更好地为区域经济社会发展提供人力与智力支持,形成"政府、行业、企业、学校"四方联动、校企深度融合的共建、共育、共赢的良好局面。Vocational colleges of tourism orients travel agencies both inside and outside the province, scenic spots and stars tourism hotel, expanding long - term cooperative relationship between school enterprises and based on industry enterprises under the principle of school enterprise integration, two - way interaction, sharing of resources, complementary advantages and mutual benefit and win - win policy. For the enterprise funds, equipment and teaching staff in investment, the establishment of praetice training bases with complete function, the college became a professional talent training place for industries and enterprises, and expand the enterprise staff training and other services for better service for the regional economic and social development to provide human and intellectual support, forming a good situation of cooperation in government, industry, enterprise, and the school, as well as in - depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises jointly built, co -culture and win both sides.
