运用“掌上电大”平台开展教学面临的问题及对策研究——以金华广播电视大学教学实践为例

摘  要:随着移动通讯技术的发展、移动终端的普及和个性化学习需求的增加,移动教学方式将会逐渐成为电大开放教育教学的主要模式之一。但目前移动教学尚缺乏一套行之有效的模式来科学引导其发挥教育价值,也就是说教育者还不知道在电大开放教育中如何应用移动学习设备进行更有效的教和更有效的学。文章结合金华广播电视大学教学实践,分析运用"掌上电大"平台实施移动教学中面临的问题,并从"学什么""怎么教""如何学"三个方面给出了相关对策,以期能够为基层电大有效开展移动教学提供参考。With the development of mobile communication technology, the popularization of mobile terminal and the increasing demands for personalized learning, mobile teaching is gradually becoming one of the main modes of open education in TV Universities. However, mobile teaching lacks a set of effective models to increase the educational effects at present. That's to say, educators are still not sure how to apply mobile learning devices to promoting teaching and learning in open education. By analyzing the problems in im- plementing mobile teaching on "Handheld TV" platform and combining with the teaching practice in Jinhua TV University, this article gives the relevant measures from three aspects: "what to learn", "how to teach" and "how to learn", which will help to provide refer- ences for the effective implementation of mobile teaching in local TV universities.
