高校服务辽宁省小微企业发展的机制研究

摘　　要：高校服务小微企业有助于推动高校的科技创新和小微企业的发展壮大。辽宁省高校依托人才培养和科学研究为小微企业提供服务,已有约60%的小微企业与高校建立了合作关系,并且呈现增长趋势,但当前高校在服务小微企业中存在意识不强、机制不健全的问题。辽宁省高校应增强服务小微企业的意识,并构建高校和小微企业的对接机制,以推动辽宁省小微企业发展。It is significant for colleges and universities to provide services to the small and micro businesses. The services can promote the innovation of the colleges and universities and the growth of small and micro businesses. Colleges and uni- versifies in Liaoning province have provided services to small and micro businesses through personnel training and scientific research. Now about 60% of small and micro businesses have established cooperative relationship with colleges and univer- sities, and more and more colleges and universities pay attention to the relations of cooperation. There are also restraints in providing services including weak service--providing consciousness and ineffective interaction mechanism. To promote the development of small and micro enterprises in Liaoning province, the following countermeasures should be taken. Service-- providing consciousness should be strengthened and docking mechanism between the smaU and micro enterprises and uni- versifies should be constructed.
