摘  要:目的探讨预成纤维桩和可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中应用的价值。方法选取2012年1月—2014年2月口腔科收治的360例进行桩冠修复的患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组2组,每组180例。观察组患者采用预成纤维桩修复,对照组患者采用可塑纤维桩修复。然后对2组患者的临床疗效进行统计分析。结果观察组患者中活动义齿修复29例,半口义齿18例,全口义齿14例,固定义齿修复22例,额下颌关节18例,无咬合接触22例,有咬合接触14例,咬合抬高22例,赝复体18例,分别占总数的16.1%、10.0%、77.8%、12.2%、10.0%、12.2%、77.8%、12.2%、10.0%;对照组患者中活动义齿修复25例,半口义齿14例,全口义齿14例,固定义齿修复18例,额下颌关节14例,无咬合接触18例,有咬合接触14例,咬合抬高22例,赝复体11例,分别占总数的13.9%、77.8%、77.8%、10.0%、77.8%、10.0%、77.8%、12.2%、6.1%。观察组患者治疗的总有效率98.3%(177/180)明显比对照组83.3%(150/180)高(P<0.05)。结论预成纤维桩具有较好的弹性、较高的强度、较广的适用范围、不变色、操作简单,因此较可塑纤维桩在口腔修复更能有效提升对患者治疗的总有效率,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application value of prefabricated fiber posts and plastic fibers piles in the treat- ment of prosthodontics. Methods 360 cases of dentistry denture activity and fixed partial denture in our hospital from January 2012 to February 2014 were selected, and were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table ( n = 180 cases). The control group was given plastic fiber post treatment, while the observation group was given a prefabricated fiber posts. The clinical efficacy in both groups was statistically analyzed. Results In the obser- vation group ,29 cases were with activities dentures, 18 cases with half denture, 14 cases with complete denture, 22 cases with fixed denture, 18 cases with temporomandibular joint(TMJ) ,22 cases with no occlusal contact, 14 cases with occlusal contact,22 cases with bite raising, 18 cases with prosthesis, accounted for 16.1%, 10.0% ,77.8% , 12.2%, 10.0% , 12.2% ,77.8%, 12.2% and 77.8% , respectively ; in the control group,25 cases were with activities dentures, 14 cases with half denture, 14 cases with complete denture, 18 cases with fixed denture, 14 cases with temporomandibular joint (TMJ), 18 cases with no occlusal contact, 14 cases with oeclusal contact, 22 cases with bite raising, 11 cases with prosthe- sis,accounted for 13.9% ,77.8% ,77.8% ,10.0% ,77.8%, 10.0% ,77.8%, 12.2% and 77.8% ,respectively. The to- tal effective rate in the observation group was 98.3% (177/180) ,which was significantly higher than 83.3% (150/180) in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The prefabricated fiber posts has better elasticity, higher strength, wider scope,not color, simple operation, can effectively enhance the overall efficiency of prosthodontics patients as compared with plastic fiber pile. It has higher application value, so is worthy of promotion.
