全科医师在老年病科的培训体会

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化进程的加速,老年人的健康情况越来越引起人们的关注,而社区医疗是为老年人提供预防、保健、医疗的重要机构,全科医师则是为社区老人提供医疗服务的骨干力量,老年人的健康管理和慢病管理已成为目前全科医师工作的重要内容之一,因此对高素质的全科医师的需求逐年增加。老年病具有多学科交叉渗透的特点,在全科医师培养中拥有其他学科无可比拟的优势,应充分发挥老年病科在全科医师培养中的作用,推动我国社区医疗服务的发展。如何做好老年病科全科医师的培训工作,提高全科医师的综合能力,培养合格的全科医师成为当下一个重要的课题。本文结合老年病科工作的实践,就老年病科全科医师培训中的一些问题进行探讨。在全科医师培训工作中,笔者采取提高职业素质,根据全科医师的职业定位和老年病特点建立培训目标和培训内容,重视临床基本功训练和临床思维培训,树立老年健康管理理念等举措,以提高老年病科全科医师的职业道德、临床能力和健康管理能力。With the acceleration of population aging process, more and more attentions have been paid to the health status of the aged people. The community medical institutions are the important facilities to provide disease prevention, health care and medical treatment for the elderly. General practitioners are the backbone to provide medical services for the eld- erly. The elderly health management and chronic disease management have become one of the important contents of the works of general practitioners, so the quality of general practitioners demand has increased year by year. Geriatrics has characteristic of multidisciplinary overlap, with advantage that other disciplines have not in the training of general practi- tioners. We should give full attention to the role of geriatrics in general practitioner training, and promote the development of community health service in China. How to do a good job in general practitioners training, improve the comprehensive a- bility of general practitioners, culture qualified general practitioners in the department of geratology are becoming the im- portant assignment. This article is based on practice in the department of geratology. We discussed some problems in the training of general practitioners in geratology. In order to increase occupation morals, clinical ability and abihty of health management of geratology general practitioners, many measures had been used in training work, such as to improve the oc- cupation quality, establish training objectives and training content according to occupation orientation for general practi- tioners and characteristics of old age diseases, pay attentions to the clinical basic skills training and clinical thinking train- ing,establish the health management concept.
