摘　　要：特色行业院校在教师教学发展中心建设中存在着与行业的适应性有待加强、功能定位有待明晰、教师的积极性有待提高等问题。针对这些问题,我们要加强对本行业的调研,为教师教学发展中心功能正确定位,确立教师是教学发展主体的观点,从职业规划、加强教学团队的建设等方面来激发教师教学能力提升的积极性。There are some problems in faculty development center construction of featured specialized field college. To solve these problems, the paper proposes that the research of featured specialized field should be strengthened, and the function of Faculty Development Center should be correctly positioned. The paper concludes that the viewpoint of teacher is the main force of teaching development should be established, the enthusiasm of the teachers＂ teaching ability promotion with occupational planning and the strengthening of construction of teaching team should be noticed.
