摘  要:[目的]探索大规模工业生产适用的虾青素提取方法。[方法]从原料的状态入手,采用常规的有机溶剂——丙酮作提取剂,对新鲜雨生红球藻膏和干藻粉中虾青素的提取率进行比较。[结果]使用目前采用的提取条件,从干藻粉中得到的虾青素提取率为新鲜藻膏的2倍多。[结论]烘干后的雨生红球藻在虾青素的提取中具有更大的优势。[Objective]In order to explore the applicative extraction process of large-scale production of astaxanthi.[Method] The different states of Haematococcus material were compared in this work.With conventional organic solvent as extracting agent,the extraction rates of astaxanthin from fresh paste and dry power of Haematococcus pluvialis were compared.[Result]The results showed that,at the current extraction conditions,the extraction rate of astaxanthin obtained from dry powder was about 2 times more than fresh paste.[Conclusion] Dry Haematococcus pluvialis had more advantages in Productional astaxanthin extraction process.
