摘  要:为加强高职学生实践能力的培养,改革高职专业人才培养模式,构建以工学结合为突破口,以蝴蝶兰组织培养过程为教学体系设计基础,以工作任务为载体,突出职业能力与素质培养的教学体系,改革教学方法与手段,充分发挥学校与企业的优势,建立工学结合模式下植物组织培养的课程体系,以期提高高职人才培养质量、增强学生实践能力。In order to strengthen the cultivation of practical ability of vocational school students,reform personnel training mode of higher vocational specialty,with work-integrated learning as the breakthrough point,Phalaenopsis amabilis tissue culture process as foundation,tasks as carrier,the teaching system which highlights the vocational ability and quality culture was constructed.The teaching methods and aims were reformed,give full play to their respective advantages of schools and enterprises,the establishment of plant tissue culture can greatly improve the quality of higher vocational talents and enhance the students’ practical ability.
