摘  要:随着我国高等教育的普及化、多元化、国际化和信息化,人们在重审高等教育目标,思考高等教育改革的同时,也越来越多地注意到教师自主性的问题。目前,国内外关于教师自主性的理论研究成果颇丰。学者们普遍认为没有教师自主性的有效提高和充分应用,学生的主体作用就不可能有太大的发挥。旨在将教师自主性的理论成果置于大学形势与政策课中,探讨其原理与做法的同时摸索提高形势政策课教学质量的方向。With China's higher education popularization, diversification, internationalization and information,People at the same time pay attention on the goal of higher education, and thinking about higher education reform,pay more and more attention to the problem of teacher autonomy. At present, there are many research result of theautonomy theory at home and abroad on teacher. Many scholars think that if there is not improvement of teacherautonomy and full application, The main role of the students would not have to be played. This paper aims to take theteacher autonomy theory in university situation and policy course, explore the principle and practice at the sametime explore to improve the teaching quality of situation and policy course direction
