摘　　要：赏识教育是一种体现人文关怀的教育理念,是素质教育的一种。教育工作者应通过赏识的方式培养学生的信心、兴趣和意志,发掘学生自身的潜能。高校学风建设应将赏识教育贯穿全员育人的过程中,注重对学生的人文关怀与因材施教,促进整体教风、学风水平的提升。赏识教育在高校学风建设中的应用对于学生教育管理有一定的理论和实践意义。Appreciation of education is a reflection of educational philosophy of humane care. It s a qualityeducation. Educators should develop students＇ confidence and interest and appreciation of the will explore theirown potential. Style construction of college education should put appreciated education throughout the full processof the full education. Focus on students humane care and individualized, Promote to enhance the level of the overallteaching style, study style.Appreciation Education in style construction for college students in educationaladministration have certain theoretical and practical significance.
