摘  要:大围山微型鸡与武定鸡表型差异较大,遗传背景完全不同。为比较两种鸡在屠体性能上的差异,试验随机选取在相同日粮和环境条件下饲养至120日龄的大围山微型鸡和武定鸡各30只,屠宰后测定其屠体性能,比较分析两品种间的差异。结果表明:大围山微型鸡的屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、胸重、腿重、胸肌重、腿肌重、腿肌率和翅重均极显著低于武定鸡(P<0.01),胸肌率显著低于武定鸡(P<0.05);大围山微型鸡的屠宰率和全净膛率极显著高于武定鸡(P<0.01)。The phenotypes between the .Daweishan mini chicken and the Wuding chicken are quite different due to their different genetic back- grounds. To compare the difference in the slaughter performance between the two varieties of chickens, 30 Daweishan mini chickens and 30 Wuding chickens reared up to 120 days of age in the same diets and environmental conditions, were randomly selected and slaughtered for the determination of the slaughter performance in order to compare and analyze the differences between the two varieties. The result showed that the carcass weight, semi -eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, chest weight, leg weight, chest muscle weight, leg muscle weight, leg muscle rate and wing weight of the Daweishan mini chickens were extremely significantly' lower ( P 〈 0.01 ) than those of the Wuding chickens. The chest muscle rate of the Daweishan mini chickens was significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) than that of the Wuding chickens, but the dressing per- centage and eviscerated rate of the Daweishan mini chickens were extremely significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 ) than those of the Wuding chickens.
