摘  要:介绍了大型薄壁壳体耐压铝合金铸件和汽车重要铝合金受力零部件这两类铝合金铸件砂型低压铸造设备和技术的研发进展。指出绿色、环保和可持续发展的研发理念将促进更多的铸造新技术涌现,薄壁壳体类耐压铝合金铸件的大型化和汽车高强铝合金零部件的广泛使用,促进了砂型低压铸造设备和技术的发展。Research and development of sand mould low pressure casting equipment and technology for two kinds of aluminum alloy components were introduced such as large thin-walled pressure-resistant aluminum alloy housing and subjected components for automobile.It is pointed out that the green,environmental-friendly and sustainable idea can promote the rise of new casting technology,and development of sand mould low pressure casting equipment and technology are driven obviously by the large direction of thin-walled pressure-resistant aluminum alloy housing and wide application of high strength aluminum alloy parts for automobile.
