摘 要:制热工况下,随着排气温度的升高,制热能效比逐渐下降,在实际运行时需要降低排气温度以提高机组性能。制冷工况下,针对R32全新风处理机组高排气温度的特性进行逐级喷液,并对比分析了制冷工况下不喷液、喷液控制排气温度分别为90℃和80℃3种情况下机组制冷量和输入功率变化。制冷工况下,随着排气温度的升高,制冷能效比先增大后减小。拟合出排气温度与能效比的数值关系式,并用判定系数R2判别数值关系式的相关性。依据数值关系式可有效预测任一排气温度下R32机组的能效比,为制冷工况下机组的性能提供参考。As the discharge temperature increases and energy efficiency ratio decreases in heating condition, it is necessary to reduce discharge temperature to improve unit performance in actual operation. In refrigeration condition, step-by-step liquid injection was performed with respect to high discharge temperature of all fresh air unit using refrigerant R32. The refrigerating capacity of unit and change of input power when no liquid was injected and when the discharge temperature was set at 90℃ and 80℃ by injecting liquid in refrigeration condition were compared. In refrigeration condition, along with the rise of discharge temperature, the energy efficiency ratio increased first and then decreased. By fitting, we got the numerical relation between discharge temperature and energy efficiency ratio, and the coefficient of determination R2 was used to distinguish the correlation of numerical relation. Based on the numerical relation, the energy efficiency ratio of unit using refrigerant R32 at any discharge temperature can be predicted effectively to provide a reference for the performance of unit in refrigeration condition.
