摘  要:为了探明川藏黑猪专门化母系(F01)的繁殖、肥育和胴体性能,本文对川藏黑猪专门化母系(F01)的繁殖、肥育和胴体性能进行统计分析。结果显示:繁殖性能:F01系产仔数和产活仔数均比较高,0-4各世代初产产仔数均在10头以上,经产产仔数12头以上,第4世代初产、经产产仔数分别为11.19、12.37头,产仔数和产活仔数随着世代选育逐步提高;肥育性能:经过5个世代的选育,F01的日增重、料肉比、达75 kg体重日龄、活体背膘厚分别为432.25 g、3.43、209.87 d、23.02 mm,与0世代比较,分别提高5.39%、5.77%、7.21%、11.26%;第5世代F01的瘦肉率为43.69%,比0世代提高1.54个百分点;F01的肉质性能优良,肌内脂肪含量达4.77%,p H、LF、OPTO、嫩度等指标均在优良的范围内,是一个理想的母系种猪。Statistical analyses were done to explore the reproductive,fattening and carcass performances of Chuangzang specific dam line Black Swine. The result showed that: its little size and live little size were relatively high,the Primiparous litter size of 0-4 generations were all over 10,its pluriparous litter size was over 12,the primiparous and pluriparous little size of the forth generation were respectively 11.19 and 12. 37,the primiparous and pluriparous little size gradually increased with breeding generations. Daily gain,feed conversion,the day to 75 kg body weight,and live backfat of F01 were respectively 432. 25 g,3. 43,209. 87 days and 23. 02 mm,which respectively increased by 5. 39 %,5. 77 %,7. 21 % and 11. 26 % compared with 0 generations. The lean meat percent of F01 was 43. 69 % to the fifth generations,which increased by 1. 54 percentage points. Its hog had excellent pork quality,it's intramuscular fat was 4. 77 %,and p H,LF,OPTO,tenderness and other indicators were within the range of excellence,and it's an ideal dam breeding.
