摘  要:学前教育是人生的正式启蒙阶段,在江西省农村地区,学前教育的发展却凸显了一系列问题,政府教育经费投入不足,以民办为主的办园主体单一化,规训式或小学式的教育教学模式等。由于学前教育具有重要的社会价值和个人价值,因而通过构建以政府为主导的农村学前教育发展模式;加大政府投资力度,鼓励民间资本积极参与办学;因地制宜,走有特色的乡土化教育教学模式;实施加强农村幼儿师资力量,全力构建合格型教师队伍等措施将有利于江西省农村学前教育的健康发展。As we all know the preschool education is the formal enlightenment stage of one's life. However, there exists a series of problems of the rural preschool education's development in our province, including the shortage of government education funds, the sin- gle governance subject, the education modes is disciplinary forms or primary schools' and even all the teachers are temporary workers. The preschool education has so significant social and individual values that the author explores some measures to promote the healthy development of rural preschool education in our province, which includes building the government-led educational models, increasing the government spending and encouraging the participation of folk capital, developing the education mode with local features, enforcing the faculty and constructing the qualified teachers and so on.
