摘　　要：高等医学院校学生党建工作较其他高校具有学制时间长、学生流动性强及学生的分布情况广等特点,因此给高等医学院校学生党建工作提出更为严峻的挑战。在网络环境条件下,高等医学院校应该充分将校园网络作为平台,在新的形势和条件下结合实际创新和发展学生党建工作的网络载体,保证学生党建工作的有效性和连续性。The students’ party building of higher medical university has own features： the longer period of schooling, the stronger mobility and the wider distribution. So these features give severe challenge for its work. Under the environment of internet, the leader of higher medical university should create and develop the carries of the students’ party building combining with the actual, in order to make sure the work of students’ party building is effective and continuous.
