摘　　要：随着医学教育改革的不断深入,培养医学本科生的科研创新能力已经成为高等医学院校肩负的一项重要而迫切的任务。为培养创新型医学人才,我校开展一系列大学生科研活动,引导学生自主学习,指导学生设计、实施并完成实验,进一步分析总结实验结果并撰写发表研究论文,强化了本科学生的科研创新思维与能力,其得了较好的效果。结果提示,加强本科生科研实践是一条行之有效的培养创新型医学人才的路径。With the deepening of medical education reform, fostering undergraduates＇scientific research ability has been an imperitive task of medical higher education institutions. Our school has launched a series of scientific research activities for students to promote self-directed learning. Students learn to design, do, and finish research. They summarize the findings, write papers and publish them. Their scientific research thinking and ability are fostered. Our findings indicate fostering undergraduates＂ scientific research can help cultivate innovative medical talents.
