基于专利情报分析和对比的高校技术创新评价研究——以浙江大学为例

摘　　要：以浙江大学为例,选择中美5所技术创新能力突出的高校为比较对象,引入专利情报分析和对比的方法,从专利分析的8个层面对浙江大学的技术创新特征进行全面细致的阐释,从多个角度揭示浙江大学的技术创新特征,并通过同类院校的对比来发现浙江大学与中美技术创新能力突出的高校之间的具体差异。为从专利角度评价技术创新探讨可行的方法,为客观全面评价高等院校的技术创新能力提供思路。Taking Zhejiang University as an example, this paper selects 5 universities both in China and America, which are the universities with outstanding innovation ability, to comprehensively interpret the characteristics of technological innovation of Zhejiang University from 8 aspects by adopting the method of patent information analysis and contrast. The paper reveals the technological innovation features of Zhejiang University from multi-angles, and finds the specific differences between Zhejiang University and other universities with outstanding technological innovation ability in China and America through the contrast. The paper provides ideas for the discussion of the feasible method of technological innovation from patent perspective as well as the ideas for objective evaluation of universities technological innovation ability.
