摘　　要：文章回顾了哈尔滨建筑工程学院的历史及其深厚的积淀与传承为我国的建筑学人才培养所付出的努力,特别是"新三届"入学后的建筑人才培养。介绍了这所学校建筑学科的发展历程、教学体系、师资特点、办学特色,以及"新三届"的构成特色、培养过程和师承关系。This article reviews the history of Harbin Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute （HACEI）, launched by Harbin Institute of Technology to an independent architecture school, until the year 1977, when the nationwide College Entrance Examinations were reinstated. HACEI has made great contributions to architectural education in China, especially since Xinsanjie, the new three entering classes of 1977/78/79. The article also offers an introduction to the development, curriculum system, faculty and characteristics of the architectural discipline of HACEI, as well as an analysis of the history and intellectual genealogy of Xinsanjie.
